Ms Zivanovic has facilitated a number of workshops and seminars for the Australian Marketing Institute and the Australian Market & Social Research Society. Her most recent at the AMSRS Winter School on Consulting skills for researchers was awarded 100% satisfaction by attendees.
One of Know L'Edge's particular areas of interest is to bring marketing skills into smaller organisations where resources are limited and assist staff, some of whom undertake marketing activities in addition to their everyday roles, to get the fundamentals right to obtain outstanding results on a very small budget.
