Know L'Edge advises clients on business development, organisational, operational and strategic marketing communications and research matters. In addition, we work with Boards, CEOs and Small to Medium Business Owners, government and nonprofits to refine current practice and processes in strategy, policy making and administration.  The Consultancy  has been in operation since 2002 and has a number of clients in WA and interstate, across a range of industries such as local government, State government, retail, professional services, property development & management, not for profits and professional associations.

Our Philosophy
From the start there has been a deliberate attempt to move away from traditional consultancy approaches to working with clients. Know L' Edge does not try and force a client's situation into a proprietary system or method but using a wealth of knowledge of business tools, creates a process of thinking and planning unique to each situation encountered. Know L'Edge believes in making its services ultimately redundant to the Client because Know L'Edge believes in sharing insight and processes to the point where the Client's staff can build upon their own knowledge and take on projects themselves in the future.

Know L'Edge tries to demystify the art and science of business management tools, frameworks and models and makes a real effort to apply sound academic thinking to practical application. Know L'Edge encourages the Client's staff to professionally develop on a journey of discovery throughout the project. Know L'Edge is all about getting real, measurable, results that make a positive difference for the Client.

We also love Small to Medium Businesses
Although Know L'Edge staff have gained experience in some of the world's best corporations, we believe in using our talents for the common good and putting something back by focusing on assisting SME's to reach their full potential. We even scale our fees to meet the needs of SMEs and provide free email and phone support for up to 3 months after a project is completed. However, you don't have to take our word for it, we are very happy to provide testimonials from our SME clients, just ask.

We really focus on our clients
Know l'edge is a boutique consultancy. Its philosophy is not to take all, or any type of work available, but to work with a select number of clients and put more attention, effort and service into both the relationship and the projects than perhaps the larger consultancies are able to. Therefore any confirmed projects undertaken by Know l'edge are scheduled into a strict work program and future projects are carefully assessed to ensure that there is no impact on any current projects, if there is, then they are turned down.
